2. Where are your products made?
All our pieces are handmade in Argentina by skilled artisans and small family-run workshops. Each custom wool rug is woven using age-old weaving techniques, and our BKF chairs are crafted from premium leather for durability and style.

3. Do you offer custom rugs?
Yes. We create made-to-order Argentinian rugs tailored to your size, colour palette, and preferred pattern — from bold rayada striped rugs to minimalist lisa solid rugs, or intricate baetón weaves. Each custom rug is designed for your space and handwoven from 100% natural wool.

4. How long does a custom rug take to make?
Our handwoven wool rugs take around 8–12 weeks to complete, depending on the size and complexity. Every rug is woven by hand in Argentina before being shipped to Australia.

5. What sizes do your custom rugs come in?
We offer standard sizes — mini, small, medium, large, and extra-large rugs — as well as fully custom dimensions. Use our rug size guide to choose the perfect fit for your home.

Yes. Our Ready to Ship Rugs collection is stocked in Australia and can be delivered to you within just a few days. These rugs are ideal if you need an authentic Argentinian wool rug without the custom wait time.

7. How much is shipping within Australia?
We offer Australia-wide delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your product. Ready-to-ship rugs typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within Australia. If you’re overseas and wish to purchase our Argentinian handcrafted objects, contact us for a custom international shipping quote.

9. What materials do you use?
Our rugs are made from 100% pure Argentinian sheep wool. Our BKF chairs use full-grain leather, ensuring each piece is built to last.

10. How do I care for my rug or chair?
To care for your wool rug, vacuum regularly on a low setting and rotate it every few months to ensure even wear, refer to our Care Guide for details. For leather BKF chairs, wipe with a soft cloth and use a leather conditioner occasionally to maintain suppleness and colour.

We currently operate as an online store, but we can provide additional photos or videos of our products to help you make the right choice.
